Send us an email with "credit card payment" in
  the subject line.   Indicate in the email the trip 
  that you wish to pay for (destination, trip date,
  total amount to charge, and all passenger
  names).
Step 3

    K&K Travel Serivces will email you an invoice 
    within 48 hours. 

  Follow the instructions inside the email
  invoice to pay by credit card.
